The generous owners (the Cline’s) of this new luxurious ocean front condo are donating all of the rental fees to guest-designated charities in Marion & Polk Counties, minus a very small upkeep fee. Every ninety days, they send the net income to charities that guests select themselves by writing the name and location of their charity in the guest book. Because they do not have a mortgage payment on the condo, they expect the net income for charities to be quite substantial.
