Q: My spouse/partner has emotionally abused me, but doesn't hit me. Can I get help from Sable House?

A: Yes! Everyone deserves a life free from abuse - of any kind. We work with many clients who have been hurt on the inside instead of the outside.

The different types of abuse don't exist in separate worlds, and have many similarities. Emotional abuse in a relationship is often a warning sign of physical abuse in the future.
